Greg O’Donnell is one of America’s leading authorities on guaranteed lending programs and author of ‘The Best-Kept Secret to Improved Bank Profits.’ During the course of his career, Greg has originated and placed over $500 million of loans spanning over 25 years. Greg is the founder and former Executive Director of the National Rural Lenders Association as well as being a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He regularly speaks at these events discussing guaranteed lending programs along with providing educational guidance and assistance.

Patrick Kenney has over 35 years of diversified commercial lending and related banking experience. He has served as a corporate loan officer and commercial real estate department manager, senior credit officer, and has supervised troubled banks under the auspices of regulatory authorities. Pat has in-depth knowledge in loan structuring, underwriting, portfolio management, and loan closings. His many years in commercial banking has allowed Pat to develop deep knowledge about a number of industries including manufacturing, real estate, and wholesale/distribution. Most recently, Pat was manager of capital markets for a national lender specializing in government guaranteed loans.Pat is a founding member of the National Rural Lenders Association.

Cole Wackenhuth is a Guaranteed Lending Specialists associate with 10+ years of finance and accounting experience with Williams Companies and ONE Gas. Cole specializes in deal origination, USDA regulatory review, and USDA packaging, and holds a BA from Oklahoma State University with a double major in Finance and Accounting.

Grant Fox is a Guaranteed Lending Specialists associate with nearly 5 years of banking, finance, and consulting experience. He is a goal-oriented and driven individual committed to understanding and managing the core function of every financial institution, credit risk.  He comes from a community banking environment with strong core values of leading by example and growing long-term mutually beneficial relationships and not just transactions.  He specializes in structuring, cash flow modeling, underwriting, and closing USDA guaranteed loans. He holds a BA from Oklahoma State University and an MBA from Northeastern State University, and he maintains training and education, all of which help him serve clients with expertise and innovation.
